Terms of Use (EULA)

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Bingo offers an optional paid subscription ("Bingo Pro") with monthly and yearly plans, unlocking unlimited searches, unlimited AI suggestions, AI daily itineraries, full trip history and unlimited saved spots.
• Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Bingo lets users post content (spots, reviews, community posts, comments, group messages, photos).

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

By using Bingo you agree NOT to:

• post hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or sexually explicit content;
• impersonate others or post content you don't have the right to share;
• spam, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its APIs.

Moderation: you can report any post or spot, and block any user (blocking instantly removes their content from your feed and notifies us). We review reported content and remove objectionable content and terminate abusive accounts, typically within 24 hours.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display that content within the app to provide the service. You are responsible for your content.

Venue data comes from third parties (e.g. Google) and AI-generated suggestions are produced automatically. They may be inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. Always verify details before relying on them. We are not responsible for your experiences at any venue.

The app, its design and branding are owned by MKDYNAMICS. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKDYNAMICS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
